HOW MULTI-LOCATION HIRING WORKS
One account contact helps coordinate your hiring plan while each location’s requirements receive individual attention.
- Align the hiring plan. Review job duties, headcount, pay range, shifts, start dates, site contacts, and requirements for each city and state.
- Source and screen candidates. Recruit for the agreed roles; review experience, qualifications, availability, and role-specific assessments or credentials where required.
- Present candidates. Coordinate candidate information, interviews, and selection with your hiring team.
- Prepare for the start. Confirm onboarding responsibilities, screening, reporting instructions, safety expectations, timekeeping approvals, and payroll arrangements before assignments begin.
- Support the assignment. Follow up after the first day and conduct weekly check-ins for ongoing temporary assignments. Address attendance, performance, and changing workforce needs with your contact.
For larger teams, onsite coordination can be discussed based on headcount, shifts, availability, and agreed pricing. Explore employer resources and service support →

NATIONWIDE STAFFING: EMPLOYER QUESTIONS
Can MNCP support hiring in multiple states?
Yes. We discuss a coordinated plan across your locations and confirm the roles, candidate availability, requirements, and service scope for each site.
Which staffing options are available?
Temporary staffing supports projects, seasonal demand, and workforce gaps. Temp-to-hire lets you evaluate an employee on assignment. Direct hire recruits candidates for permanent employment with your company.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on role, location, pay range, assignment duration, headcount, screening, and service requirements. Bill rates, direct-hire fees, conversion terms, and any applicable replacement provisions are confirmed in your agreement before work begins.
How are candidates screened?
We review qualifications, relevant experience, and availability against your agreed requirements. Required background checks, skills assessments, and credential verification are defined for the position before placement.
Who handles payroll and timekeeping?
For MNCP-employed temporary personnel, payroll administration and the client time-approval process are established during onboarding. Direct-hire employees join your payroll. Client-sourced employee payroll services can be discussed separately.
How quickly can employees start?
Timing varies with the role, location, candidate availability, screening, and onboarding. Share your target date and urgent priorities; we will discuss a realistic recruiting and start-date plan.
What happens after I submit a request?
Our team contacts you to clarify the role and requirements, discuss staffing options and pricing, and agree on next steps. Your account contact coordinates candidate presentation and assignment support.
