Job-seeker questions
Do I need a résumé?
A résumé is optional when joining our general talent pool. Individual job applications may require one. Review the posting and application instructions. Use our résumé guide if you need help getting started.
Is joining the talent pool the same as applying for a job?
No. The talent pool shares your background and preferences for general consideration and future matches. To apply to a specific opening, select that job on our Careers page and complete its application.
How can I receive job alerts?
On the talent pool form, share your preferred work and location, then select “Email updates about matching jobs.” Email updates are optional. To stop them, email Careers@MNCPStaffing.com.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews applications against current hiring requirements. A recruiter will contact you if your experience is a potential match. Submitting an application or joining the talent pool does not guarantee an interview or placement.
How do I update my information or ask about an application?
Email Careers@MNCPStaffing.com with the job title and the email address you used to apply, or call (844) 579-6627. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking details, or identity documents.
Can temporary work lead to permanent employment?
Some opportunities are temp-to-hire, allowing the employer and employee to consider a permanent role after an assignment. Conversion depends on employer needs, performance, and applicable terms; it is not guaranteed.
