Onsite Workforce Management
For multiple employees or shifts, discuss a coordination plan with MNCP. Depending on the agreed scope, support can include onboarding coordination, attendance updates, shift-coverage communication, employee questions, staffing reports, and optional onsite coordination or shift leads.
We review the location, headcount, supervision responsibilities, reporting needs, availability, and pricing before confirming the service.
Recurring Recruiting Support
For continuing hiring needs, discuss a recurring recruiting arrangement covering sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline updates. Together we define priority roles, hiring volume, candidate requirements, reporting, and review frequency.
Monthly fees, placement fees, included activities, and any hiring commitments are quoted after scope review.
Assignment Quality & Employee Support
- Define duties, skills, schedule, and workplace expectations.
- Confirm assignment instructions and onboarding responsibilities.
- Follow up after the start and during ongoing assignments.
- Review client and employee feedback about fit, attendance, and communication.
- Use assignment and exit feedback to improve future matching.
Replacement arrangements and next steps depend on the agreement and circumstances.
Staffing Cost Planning Guide
Hourly bill rate × employees × hours per employee per day × workdays = estimated straight-time staffing cost.
Example: a hypothetical $25 bill rate × 3 employees × 8 hours × 5 workdays = $3,000 for 120 staffing hours.
This example is not an MNCP quotation. Overtime, premiums, minimum shift charges, expenses, taxes, or other charges may apply under your agreement.
Plan a competitive pay range
Consider the work location, duties, experience, credentials, shift, and availability of qualified candidates. Share your proposed range with MNCP to discuss recruiting expectations and current market conditions for the role.
Understand the bill rate
Employee pay differs from the client bill rate. Depending on the agreement, pricing may include payroll costs, benefits, insurance, recruiting, screening, administration, and ongoing support. Request a written quotation with fees, overtime treatment, and payment terms.
