How We Support Your Program
Recruiting to Approved Requirements
We review labor categories, qualifications, work locations, schedules, and start dates. Our team sources and screens candidates against the role’s requirements before presenting them for consideration.
VMS Candidate Submissions
We coordinate candidate submissions through the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS), subject to supplier approval and platform access. We follow program instructions for candidate information, interview scheduling, and submission updates.
Onboarding and Assignment Readiness
We coordinate required documentation, screening, credential verification where applicable, and start-date communication. Program-specific requirements are reviewed before assignment.
Timekeeping, Payroll and Invoicing
We coordinate time submission, approvals, payroll administration, and invoicing with the agreed program process. We review reporting formats and system requirements during program setup.
Ongoing Workforce Support
We maintain communication with active employees and program contacts, follow up on attendance and assignment concerns, and coordinate replacement recruiting when needed. Reporting and escalation procedures are agreed with the program team.
