What Happens After You Request Staff?

1. A member of the MNCP recruiting or account team contacts you. We clarify your request and identify the appropriate point of contact.
2. We review your staffing requirements. This includes the role, location, headcount, shifts, qualifications, screening needs, target start date, and budget. We discuss pricing and agree on the service plan.
3. We present candidates for your review. Our recruiters source and screen against the agreed criteria, share relevant qualifications, and coordinate interviews or selection steps with your team.
4. We prepare for the start. We coordinate onboarding and confirm reporting instructions, schedules, and responsibilities.
5. Support continues after placement. Your account contact follows up on attendance, performance, and fit, coordinates next steps when concerns arise, and agrees on an update schedule with your team.
