President, CEO, and Founder.

Reneé has over 16 years of experience specializing in Information Technology and Recruitment/Professional Services. His practical experience, proactive methods, and perceptive business sense have given him an unparalleled ability and unique style to provide inventive, genuine results. The realization of being able to take you to the next level of success allows My Next Career Path Staffing to truly “make your next the best.”

Reneé served on the board of Southern Nevada’s Workforce Development and Asher College. He is a member of The Urban Chamber of Commerce and previously held a position on The LVGEA Small Business Advisory Council.

He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Sacred Heart University and several certifications to complement his drive for knowledge and innovation.



Director of Recruiting.

Meet Sharlene, our West Coast Recruiting Manager. Sharlene has over 10 years of recruiting experience specializing in administrative/clerical, HR, IT/technical, general labor and beyond. She continues to establish and nurture long-term relationships, training and building teams in entering new markets. As Recruiting Manager, Sharlene leverages her leadership skills to lead in-office staff in search of the best possible fit for any type of staffing need.

Sharlene has built trust with major clients in the Las Vegas metropolitan area and across the nation by providing excellent communication, in class knowledge and timely delivery. As recruiting manager, Sharlene takes an honest, understanding approach in working with clients and excels in delivering the best strategic solutions.

In her free time, Sharlene enjoys spending time with her family and four children.



Human Resource Analyst.

Meet Ilse, our Human Resource Analyst. Ilse has over 5 years of human resource experience and employee management.  She is experienced in leading professional trainings, performance feedback, and implementing all facets of human resources. Her specialized skill set also includes selecting great resumes, preparing & conducting interviews, and completing mass hires. Her compassion helps her build relationships with everyone she meets and models genuine care for each candidate.

As HR Analyst, Ilse’s resilience and desire to help others succeed shines through in her management approach. Prior to Ilse’s career in HR, she worked in research for the U.S. Senate and for a small business development organization.

Ilse enjoys spending time with her dog on the weekends or hiking at Zion.



Office Manager & Executive Administrative Support.

Donna serves as our as Office Manager and Executive Administrative Support. She brings 25+ years’ experience in varied industries including, Resource allocation, Supply management, Cost control, System coordination and Organization, Process improvement, Documentation processing, Vendor relations and Negotiations.

Donna enjoys multi-tasking effortlessly and simultaneously manages various projects and schedules. She has been an invaluable team member for many years.

When she is not working and keeping things running smoothly, Donna spends time with her dogs and enjoys all things music.

Gary Williams


Director of Business Development.

Gary brings 20+ years experience in Recruiting and Business Development in a variety of verticals including Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Finance and Engineering. He excels in working with clients to understand their business and building strong relationships as they work together to solve their recruiting and staffing needs.

Over his career Gary has provided the drive and leadership that has enabled the teams he’s led to grow professionally and the companies he’s worked with to be successful. Gary received his Bachelor of Marketing degree from Western Illinois University.

When Gary’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys and his grandson. He also enjoys golfing and mountain biking.
