Office Clerk

Washoe County, NV

We are currently recruiting and interviewing for a detail oriented Office Clerk in Washoe County to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support their offices. You must be reliable with great communication skills and ability to operate office equipment and computers.

Office Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
  • Utilize office equipment such as phones, computers, photocopiers, etc.
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies and report when there are shortages
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain files and records so they will be updated and easily accessible
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Familiarity with office procedures
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have good phone etiquette
  • Must be organized and have great multi-tasking abilities
  • Able to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

*This is a 6+ month contract
