Credit Service Representative

Las Vegas, NV

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process lien releases (Multiple States). Research A/R history to ensure accuracy of releases
  • Secure Lien Rights for multiple states based on state specific deadlines and requirements
  • Contact customer and sales reps for complete and accurate project information
  • Answer incoming calls and emails to assist with customer account issues
  • Process payments and enter data on customer accounts like disputes, etc.
  • Update job files
  • General office duties (filing, answering phones and copying)
  • Other duties, as assigned by Management

  • Prior experience in construction (preferred but not required)
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and 10 keys by touch
  • Requires written and verbal communication skills by phone and emails
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Common sense, ability to multi-task and a good work ethic are a necessity
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to pass drug test and background check
  • Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)
